Went out with a friend for her birthday with the ladies. Got there and was sat immediately after making a reservation. Online stated business attire we were in dresses everyone else in jeans or golf attire. Waitress started out good but quickly did not know how anticipate needs or a problem. Pros: food Cons: server, opportunity cost Some be fooled by the interior and pho charm. I have had many experiences that left me wondering what just happens and tbis was one of those. My party and I spend 300$ here and received some of the sloppiest, rude, unprofessional, if you can call it service I’ve had in a long while. Our servers name was eddy and he/ they did not meet the bill. He took forever to respond to us after being seated and let us know that he forgot about us. -1 star.
