If I could give 0 stars I would I booked a session on May 9th but my graduation was on that day & I tried to call them to use it for a credit for another session as it says it you can’t attend please call no one answered the phone I went by the place no one was never there I even wrote a note & placed in their mailbox no response. 3 weeks lady I got their email so I emailed them someone finally responded & asked how could they help I wrote back & NEVER got a response smh it’s now JULY . The class itself was great. However, the art had to be picked up later after completely drying. I set up a pickup time and nobody was at the studio when I arrived. Since the missed pickup time I have been calling and visiting the location various different times. Ringing the doorbell and leaving voicemails. I am wondering if and when I can get the art back. Paying $100 to support a business, only to have this type of thing happen is frustrating.
Hosted my birthday party there and couldn’t have picked a better place! From booking over the phone to the actual event, the Wine and Design HP staff have been so great. Julian was so easy to work with and gave me lots of fun suggestions for the party. There’s also thousands of paintings/crafts to choose from. All my friends and family loved it, even those who are not on the artsy side. We got to bring our own food and play our own music. The instructors, Joe, Janel, and Quinn were so fun and amazing!!
