We have rented several different vacations homes over the years from wine country to coast vacation rentals and each one has been special in its own charming and unique way. They are always spotless and working with the folks at the agency is always seamless and easy. They respond immediately when needed. Highly recommended!
I recently came across a property managed by this company and was intrigued. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I realized their inflexible 4:00 PM check-in policy. I do not write this review easily. The house great. Proximity to town great. Ambiance great. This issues are with the neighborhood. The surrounding houses are quite literally junk yards. The neighbors are nosey and will come peek through the fence. If the neighbors catch you having too many people or too many cars they will report you. You cannot even have people over to socialize. After you get reported you are called and treated like a criminal, told you have ten minutes to correct the issue, or you will be fined $500 doll... read more
