Failed to file our state and federal business taxes for 2014 and 2015. When we got a notice Katherine Knight said she would take care of it. She blew it off. When FTB sent us a $22,000 threat we called Wine Country Tax and our calls were not returned for a month. It cost us $600 (so far) to correct this.
