Excellent Customer Service, even if you aren’t a customer! I called for a referral for a repair on my electric recliner, after the store that I purchased if from couldn’t be bothered. Jack spent a good 15 minutes on the phone, walking me through how to troubleshoot the problem myself. He offered to come over to fix it if I needed help. He was really terrific!
Jack is awesome. He gave us a great price for a carolina custom leather sofa/ottoman purchase. We were little concerned earlier as we live a little far from his shop so it was a direct delivery from factory, but everything went smoothly and we received the furniture is great condition. The quality of CCL is also top notch - way better than other known high end brands.
We had a great experience buying a recliner with Jack. He does know about his furniture, is very attentive and responsive to concerns. Even though my husband was reluctant at first to spend much on a chair, he loves it now! Thanks for helping us Jack.
Jack, owner of Wine Country Fine Furniture provides excellent customer service beyond what you will find with other companies. He went out of his way find a solution for our electric recliner bought from a different company. He determined a new cord was needed and provided it free. We had almost given up having outreached to other suppliers. We plan on purchasing the dining chairs which are very comfortable and affordably priced. It was time to finally get rid of my 15 year-old leather sofa and loveseat. Fairly new to the North Bay, I did some Internet research on local/regional furniture stores and decided to visit Wine Country Fine Furniture (winecountryfinefurniture…).
