Jack is awesome. He gave us a great price for a carolina custom leather sofa/ottoman purchase. We were little concerned earlier as we live a little far from his shop so it was a direct delivery from factory, but everything went smoothly and we received the furniture is great condition. The quality of CCL is also top notch - way better than other known high end brands.
Last year, we purchased a home in Dillon Beach and looked around Marin and Sonoma Counties for a furniture store to help furnish our new home. Husband needed a new recliner,one with lift capabilities so we went locally to Wine Country furniture. There was a wide selection to choose from but he got the perfect fit. I was very impressed by the helpfulness of Mr. Rasmussen as well as the efficiency shown in the purchase, delivery and set up of the chair. It looks great and husband is very pleased with it. We will definitely go back when more furniture is needed.
Jack went above and beyond in providing us with a solution to a damaged Bermex chair we purchased from a furniture store in San Diego. And while he did not get a sale, he followed up six months later to make certain it all worked out - and it did! He is the epitome of customer service and we would not hesitate to purchase from him the next time we are in the market. We highly recommend him and his store!
I have purchased furniture from Wine Country furniture in the past. Excellent quality and very attentive and kind customer service. Always willing to take the time to research answers and solutions. today I was looking for dining table chairs. Jack let me take one home to see how it looked.
