Terrible experience, don't shop here! – I was helping my girlfriend shop for a wedding gown and unfortunately we visited Wine Country Bride in Santa Rosa. What a joke! The sales staff, not sure if they were management or not, were pushy and rude. My friend tried on a few dresses but didn't find anything she liked. They seemed insulted and tried to pressure her into purchasing on the spot. We couldn't get out the door fast enough! New Owners... new Business – New owners bought this business last year, and it has changed dramatically. The store looks different and is organized differently, the staff works differently... And they have incorporated a wedding planning and design showroom right in the middle of the shop. It's definitely worth checking out- 14,000 square feet of wedding gowns and planning resources.... yet you can make an appointment and have a consultant work with you one on one....
