Terrible experience, don't shop here! – I was helping my girlfriend shop for a wedding gown and unfortunately we visited Wine Country Bride in Santa Rosa. What a joke! The sales staff, not sure if they were management or not, were pushy and rude. My friend tried on a few dresses but didn't find anything she liked. They seemed insulted and tried to pressure her into purchasing on the spot. We couldn't get out the door fast enough! I bought my wedding dress and bridemaids here, I had very good time. All the girls who helping me were so nice. I got my dress alter by Aracely, she changed the style of my dress with a beautiful beading work. Ask for her, it was perfect,
Totally different now... This shop was sold last year and the new owners have totally changed the business. Different look, different name, different way of dealing with customers. Almost shouldn't be considered the same business. I highly recommend trying it out- I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the difference.
New Owners... new Business – New owners bought this business last year, and it has changed dramatically. The store looks different and is organized differently, the staff works differently... And they have incorporated a wedding planning and design showroom right in the middle of the shop. It's definitely worth checking out- 14,000 square feet of wedding gowns and planning resources.... yet you can make an appointment and have a consultant work with you one on one....
