Tim actually, did a nice job installing our system several years ago. Now that I have called him 3 or 4 times to ask for help on a problem with my unit, he doesn't answer my calls, nor does he return my calls. Run from this company! I am not sure why he would leave a paid up customer in the cold like this. I am also not sure what I am going to do to get help with my problem. I would have not rated them a 1 if there was a 0 option.
Tom Metzer installed a wine cellar and sauna 6 years ago and we have been very pleased with both. Just had an issue with the drain line for the wine cellar stopping up and he was very responsive in helping me find someone to unclog it. Love both our wine cellar and sauna and couldn’t be more please with the quality, price and service.
We had a great experience with Tim and Chad from Wine Cellars of the Carolinas. Tim was expert at planning, scheduling and following up with all aspects of the design and build process. He anticipated every need and made the whole process as easy as possible for us. He even embraced our desire to do the wall treatments ourselves and use an electrician with which we had a lot of experience. Housekeeping was obviously another of his strong points. Service overall was mediocre. Willing to take your money but overall planning of my project was subpar. Have had several issues since the install but owner is not willing to talk to me personally about the issues, just passes me on to his subs..... Beware
