We had a really disappointing and unprofessional experience with Wine Cellar Specialists. In our communication with their sales team and Robert, the manager, we were led to believe that the pieces we ordered were custom, easy to install, and straightforward. We were asked to measure exact measurements, waited weeks for CAD drawings, and then were delivered an expensive, completely non-custom piece.
