The wine racks were wonderful but Milon who said he is the Manager was not kind when I had to call back an additional two times. He said he would call back in a few minutes then in a half an hour did not follow through. Then was angry when I complained to another associate. You can buy these racks at other companies and I would recommend that you do that.

I ordered two 50-bottle racks. They arrived within a week and I set them up and loaded them within a few hours. The design is Apple-like in its elegance and cleverness—well-molded aluminum pieces slide together beautifully. A few set screws keep them from sliding apart (they give you way more set screws than you actually need to keep them from sliding apart).
