Me and my fiancé went to celebrate our engagement. When we went to Disney Springs for our anniversary last year, we went to Boathouse. Not wearing any buttons, but we had a great waitress that was very knowledgeable and very chatty with us. When coming here, it was the complete opposite. We got shoved in the corner by the stairs, the waitress was not knowledgeable of the wine, and overall felt unseen. While the food and wine were good, the staff killed the experience for us.

We came to dine in and sat at the bar. We ordered the steak for two with well done temperature. When it came out the bartender noticed that it wasn’t well done. He asked if we wanted it cooked to a better temperature, but we felt bad returning it. Well, the steak was cold when we bit into it. We returned it and it was heated it again. Very thankful for the service, a little disappointed by the quality of the food. Our server made it up by comping part of our experience after a hair was in our salad. That was awesome! Thankful they made it up. Wanted a fuller experience but left after appetizers due to that. The Mac and cheese balls and meatballs were excellent!
