I have ordered from this company before and been pleased, but this time one of the bottles came with the foil off and the cork sticking out about 1/4 of an inch. I called them and they said to take a picture and send it to them and they would send a label to return it for an exchange. Everytime I called to see if they received it they kept saying no. I have 3 messages in my mail to show that I did.
Great place to pick up your essential wines and spirits. Parking can get a bit crowded but workers are helpful and friendly.
Had what I needed but had to find it myself. Staff helping tge big spenders but ignoring the small ones like me.
Please fix your hours online. I’ve gone twice and both times it stated online that you were meant to be open and upon arrival you were closed.
