TOTAL SCAM! Took our $250 deposit and ghosted us the week of our event! DO NOT BOOK! Would not recommend! Do NOT WASTE your time and money. UPDATE: The response about a refund is completely false. They went completely unresponsive an all of their social media and available forms of contact. And question to this company: if this refund was so issued where is the receipt to follow up on that transaction? No money was ever received on our end.
We tried to reach out prior to scheduled trip, got nothing. No cumunication on trip postponement, never received call back, dm, email. Weeks later the "owner" Thomas H. replied to the many emails I sent and stated that the deposit has been returned. When asked about showing proof, he gave excuses. DO NOT BOOK.
These guys are great. I was nervous because they are a new business, but they exceeded my expectations. They were so professional and on time and the driver was cracking my group up. Clearly these guys have done this before. Thanks for the safe and fun ride!
