Great viewpoint. The road up there was all paved but personally I think it's more scary than unpaved because there were tons of uneven pavements and a few spots reduced to single lane due to collapse. No guardrails. Once you get there it was a short 300ish steps up to the viewpoint.
Amazing view, toilets very poor.
