I was in desperate need of a storage unit but it was late and I took a chance and called. A lady answered and rented a unit to me ! After reading the review below I wasn't sure but she was very professional and considerate to my circumstances. I was in a unit in less than an hour. She told me they were new units had never been rented before and that I would be the first in it. These units are first class. This facility has climate control units that are super nice and brand new. called and was told by voicemail that the units are rentable online. easy and convenient. never had to wait for anyone and now I can go online each month and pay my bill. super easy and convenient.

This is an older set of units but very convenient and kept up nicely. My phone call was not answered first but promptly called back. The lady helped us with deciding which size unit we needed. Because of our schedule we couldn't meet her until late. She emailed a contract and told us how to pay online and the unit was available for us when we arrived. Very convenient and professional.

Dont expect response once they have your money. Said had full time job more important so you just have to wait until she gets around to taking care of any business related to storage facility. One attempt, she didnt call til after 5 pm & said we hadn't paid. We had receipt, said she had to go check & call back. When finally called back she now complained it was so late she would have to pay someone to go out & unlock units. Was HER fault it was so late. Next morn at facility - tiny sign, "No Big Trucks".
