I had the good fortune of having Freddy as my service technician. I needed a cartridge replaced on a very old Moem shower faucet. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and with the unusual part. It pays to be well stocked. We called Windy Day on a Monday morning in the middle of a DIY bathroom remodel. Our bathroom floor was wet under a vanity and we could not determine the source of the leak. Dave from Windy Day came out that morning and within minutes, had identified the leak and a fix. He was better than on time (actually early), friendly and efficient. This is not the first time Windy Day has 'rescued' us. I highly recommend them for any plumbing you may need.
