Very dissatisfied with the service, workers are not well trained very sloppy work. Complaint was address to Mr. A. Howard only interested in getting paid rather than to rectify the problems. "Improper installation of corner post, J channels, siding was unleveled, the soffit & fascia bad installation, very very sloppy caulk job and incomplete. Will be filing complaints with Attorney General Office, Comsumer Services City of Chicago, and the BBB and other Agencies.
The worst service ever, waited patiently 6 months for this company to install windows, owner miscounted and promised to complete the job (needed to installed 2 additional windows that he miscounted) it was never completed, owner of company can care less because he was paid in full. Will be filing a civil lawsuit.
