While I like Dr. Smith, his office staff lacks professionalism, never responds to voicemail or email, and he requires a paid office visit to refill even basic maintenance prescriptions. Unfortunately the front office staff make it a horribly frustrating experience. They require all payments in cash. They cannot process a debit or credit card.
