Windy City Laser Services knows their Mitsubishi Lasers. I have an older Mits Laser that they setup and fixed for me in 2019. Its working Great
I don't know who Maggie thought she was contacting, but Windy City Laser does not do birthday parties. They do a great job of selling and servicing used laser manufacturing equipment.
Terrible. If this company is in business I have no idea how. I called, left voicemails and tried contacting them via their webpage to no avail. I thought this would be a fun activity for my son's birthday but this outfit didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
