We got new blinds recently from Windy City Blinds. This is the third time overall that we have used them. We worked with Ruth the last two times and she has been great to work with. She was prompt and was very helpful and easy to work with. We went through the options and she took the measurements. The blinds showed up about 4 weeks later. Israel was the installer this last time and he did a great job. He worked around a quirk on our frame and installed the blinds with no issues. The blinds are great.
