Ruth and the entire crew provided wonderful service throughout. Our new roller shades are absolutely beautiful!
We got new blinds recently from Windy City Blinds. This is the third time overall that we have used them. We worked with Ruth the last two times and she has been great to work with. She was prompt and was very helpful and easy to work with. We went through the options and she took the measurements. The blinds showed up about 4 weeks later. Israel was the installer this last time and he did a great job. He worked around a quirk on our frame and installed the blinds with no issues. The blinds are great. This is the 2nd house where I've used Windy City Blinds. We did cellular shades and solar shades in our city townhouse. Ruth is efficient and helpful with colors and choices, and Israel is a great installer. I would highly recommend using Windy City Blinds.
I’ve used Windy City Blinds for several projects now, and they have all turned out beautifully. They have a wide selection, are reasonably priced, and they make it super easy to schedule on weekends and evenings if need be. I’d highly recommend them To anyone!
