Most horrible place I've ever lived in Miami. Management company SUCKS! They impose frivolous fines and do not enforce "rules" to all residents. The building is ROACH INFESTED!! BIG ROACHES LITTLE ROACHES!!! the building itself smells horrible. Walls are super thin. Laundry equipment sucks. Water is often shut off randomly without advance notice. Absolutely would not recommend living here.
