Staff is nice and knowledgeable but have never been to an appointment here and waited less than 90 minutes to be seen. It is insanely hard to find any of their offices (have been to both Kaneohe and Kailua) and I have run into multiple people wandering around looking for the same practice. Also received a prescription for eyedrops with a dosage that does not exist, went to 5 different pharmacies before finally realizing that the office had written it wrong.
