The entire process with IPS is seamless whether for solar panels, or more recently, for a heat pump. Our heat pump techs Patrick & Taryn worked hard to complete the installation and explained how it functions with our Ecobee thermostat. Highly recommend IPS.
Josh, John, and Kael did a great job fixing my flickering lights. Replaced all bulbs with a new appropriate dimmer bulb and did it efficiently and quickly. Would recommend and use again
