My recommendation is to be very wary of this company. I'm disappointed by two things: We spent $1100 to purchase two outdoor chairs only to find out later that the slings on them cannot be replaced. That seems to me to be a really poor design. Squirrels destroyed our slings and there is apparently nothing that can be done to salvage the chairs. Just called windward design to inquire about the warranty on patio furniture. My swivel chair rocks by means of spring steel. The woman ( and I use the term loosely) told me that it was a moving part and not covered by the warranty. When I suggested that it was not a moving part she abruptly hung up on me. Horrible company and customer service
