Brought two king comforters here and was charged $130 for cleaning both. Prices are a little higher than what I’m used to, but we just moved to the area and this cleaner is close to our new place. They did a good job with cleaning despite being late on the pick up and asking us to come back. My issue is with our treatment. I sent my boyfriend in to grab these while I waited in the car as it was supposed to be a quick pick up. Wonderful place and great customer service.
I cannot recommend this business enough. I was in a high-stress situation with a damaged tuxedo and a very tight deadline. The owner went completely above and beyond—not only did he rush my garment to have it ready 2 hours early so I could assess a repair, but he took the time to 'talk me off the ledge.' He gave me an honest, professional perspective on industry standards for formalwear repairs that helped me make a clear decision. It is rare to find an owner who cares this much about his customers' peace of mind.
