We closed on our new home in June of 2026. The whole experience from the beginning when we put our deposit down to closing was very efficient and easy to maneuver. Joe Jones did an outstanding job as our sales associate. Joe was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. He explained things very well. I recommend Windward community to anyone looking to buy in a wonderful community.
We came to Lakewood ranch looking for an inventory home, and once we found the windward community with our realtor and we met Joe Jones we knew right away Windward was the community for us.
