DO NOT take your bird to this vet. They are absolutely horrible!! They killed my beautiful healthy boy in a routine beak trim. Alex Scales who is not a certified avian vet, a rookie vet, who had no business touching my bird and did not advise me of this killed my bird. If I had known this, I would have walked out. My baby did not get a second chance. Do not make the mistake I did by going to this awful place. They are irresponsible, price gauge and are overall horrible. They killed my precious baby and I’m devastated!!!
Just wanted to warn anyone who is looking for a vet to avoid windward animal hospital. I wrote this review on Yelp for the public but thought I would share here. Give your fur babies hugs today… “I thought Dr. Colby was a superstar before he charged and performed routine yearly shots on my dog days before he recommended euthanizing her. He said he lost hope and recommended euthanasia after I told him we were struggling to pay the high bills he charged us. I can't make this up.
