I hired these people to come fix a leak. I trust what the service guy advise me on the phone what was needed to service my AC and stop the leak. He insured me that if I paid and extra unexpected amount he needed he would fix my problem and I wouldn't experience bad service like I did with a prior AC company. Well once again I am in the same situation perhaps worst. Windward AC and heat installed a unit on March 2023. No one wants to go behind another business to fix the problem. This company is aware of how it works and has offered no help. Still in heat in June 9.
We originally used this company for full dual AC Split systems, cost over $8000+! They recommended routine maintenance so we signed up for that also, they recently came over and our AC stopped working after, making it 80 degrees in our home. I called and they said they were too busy to help, appts were 4+ weeks out, offered no future date to try and help, no swing bys while already in Lahaina.
