Have never been to a better vet! Pricey yes, but you can not put a price on the amazing group of people who work here. And, when it comes to your pet, that quality of care does not have a price tag. You get what you pay for!??I take my dog, Leeloo, there now, and I continue to receive expert care and advice. I see Dr. B and he is excellent. He treats Leeloo as if she were his own dog. Very unhappy Very unhappy at the service I received. As other reviewers have suggested they only seem interested in how much they can get away with charging you. I took my cat in as her tail was infected from a scratch, she was given a wellness check and treated. 3 weeks later I took her back to get shots. They gave her another wellness check at a charge of another $52 and included a charge for an intestinal worms test. Neither of these things had been asked for or discussed with me. They refused to refund the wellness charg... read more

So glad I found Dr. Jerry and his sweet wife – I will just start by saying how Dr. Jerry saved my sweet dog Pypers life last week. Some one broke in to our house and beat her in the face and broke two of her teeth she was bleeding everywhere. I drove as fast as I could to find someone to help her. When I went running in only seeing the hospital once when I went to the Subway in the shopping center. The girls up front saw me trying to get her out of my car and rushed out to help me. Unhappy Camper – For starters, the sweet Dr Miller was fired from windvale when Dr Brzozowski bought the practice in December. Her great staff of the sweetest girls were also let go, only to be replace. They have also raised their prices several times over the past year. You can not get out of there, even for a check up, with out being charged $400. They also make you feel like a bad owner if you aren't able to spend lots of money. DO NOT USE WINDVALE PET HOSPITAL – I have never been so upset in my life. I have taken my little dog to Windvale several times. He is 15 years old now, and I am going to have to put him down. The last time I took him in was about a year ago for an ear infection, and it cost me over $400.00 by the time I left there (because of tests that needed to be run because of his age). Was a little taken back, but I paid it. I was just informed that since it has been a year since they've seen him, that it will be $250.00 just to put him... read more

Dr. B. and his hospital staff are the BEST!!!! – Compassionate, caring, loving, gentle, these are just some of the words to describe Dr. B. and his hospital staff. Dr. B. went way out of his way to treat our sick little Yorkie, Emma. He's the only one I ever trusted with her. After doing everything he could to save her he brought her to our home to go to sleep. He truly loves animals and you can't ask anymore out of a Vet. My only regret is that we didn't find him sooner.
