We are currently considering purchasing a new home and doing a build out. Molly, the Sales associate has been nothing but fantastic through the entire process. Their construction truck leaked oil all in front of my house and spots go down almost 3 houses. Customer service says that’s expected in new construction? Oil spills? I can’t even pull in like I usually do otherwise I’ll track it into my driveway. Simple clean up all I asked but they won’t.
