The room was a decent size but it was so dirty. The floor looked like it had never been mopped and, if it was, if was with extremely dirty mop water so it just moved the dirt around. Everything was dusty including the bedding. The shower/glass was gross and stained. The bed was definitely older because there was a solid indent in the middle of the bed and you would just roll into it. The tables and countertops were not well wiped down either. Been here at Windsurfer for a few days now and very happy with everything. My apartment was very clean and tidy, it's a great position opposite the Broadwater. Will definitely come back again
April 2026 sees a multistorey building being constructed next door. Workers start at 6.30am. Construction currently at subfloor level - it has a long way to go.
