If I could give this damn service a zero I would. I pay for 1 gig of high speed fiber optic internet and my sons gaming computer is only getting 320 mpg. This service is a damn rip off. Do not get their services all they give is headaches and pains.
Stay away from Kinetic!!!! DSL increased and would have cost me $173.00 a month?!?!?! I see adds for new customers $24.99 High Speed internet.... Not eligible!!! This is how they treat a loyal customer, stay away!!!

Windstream switched our landlines to fiber. Now we can't call out. Have no internet, caller ID or call waiting. 2 days later and no solution. It took till Frid of the following week to get the issue resolved.
The Worst Customer Service Ever. They make it impossible to speak to someone when you need help. Plus when you get someone , they send you to another country to speak to Customer Service, and thier broken English is very difficult to understand. We went 6 days without internet, and 6 days without speaking to someone. Do not bother trying to reach them through Facebook, they have one person that takes HOURS to respond, and when the do, they just push it off to someone else that you won't get an answer from. 100% the worst 6 D... read more
