They were amazing. My appointment wasn't until Monday and that's a week without internet but they showed up the day after I called and fixed it right on the spot. Thank you.
Had to call multiple times to find out when repair would be done. Finally after 7 day of no internet I had to finally got in touch with a supervisor. Finally after the 8th day the internet is finally fixed. Bite to later. Canceling my subscription going back to cable
