I'm only getting gig speed had them for years and they're charging me 112$ a month i even have my own equipment. Other companies advertise a cheaper price so I'll probably leave. Should give deals to people who consistently pay their bills for years instead of to new customers.
The technician removed a 50 foot plus heavy cabled wire left hanging from a telephone pole from work done late last Spring. When they didn't return over the Summer or Fall I called them to inquire and set the appointment. The technician came when scheduled and removed the wire. Very professional and performed work quickly.
Noah and Darien were both courteous and competent. Install went smoothly. They took the time to explain the equipment and ensure I was connected before leaving.

Zach was very professional and did excellent job! So far we are very happy with the new Kinetic fiber internet!
