I was super impressed with how quick and knowledgeable my tech was, we just bought our home and within 48hours I had internet. I’m very pleased!!!
We have been without internet for a week. I asked for you to cancel my internet on the 11th and was told it was done. Then you charged me for march and it shows me as an active customer still. Every time I call in it takes forever to get any help or resolve to my issues. You owe me money in a refund. This is out of control how horrible your customer service is and how little you care to take care of your service and customers. Ten weeks later update. It took a week of no service to cancel. My technician, Jason, was extremely friendly and he made the processes super easy. He was also here at the beginning of the scheduled window so I didn’t have to wait around. Everything was set up super fast and I immediately had full wifi coverage in my house. Very pleased with my experience!
