This physical location does not accept customers. Kinetic by wind stream is bottom tier internet for top tier prices. Just tell them you're switching companies if you need assistance, the only time they're willing to help you with anything is if they think you're leaving. I am posting this because I strongly believe that Kinetic has really changed for the better. I was having so much trouble with this company about a year ago and now I switched to fiber optic instead of cable line. The technician that came out Tom was very professional and knowledgeable and had everything switched over in about (2) hours. He had to do work on the outside, garage, and both attic areas to make the complete switch over to work but when he was finished everything worked perfectly and he cleaned everything up and ... read more
