Competent and friendly. Good experience overall!
While doing yardwork I damaged a wire coming into my house which lead to a stop in my internet. I called first thing in the morning and scheduled an appointment for the next day. An hour or so later I got a text letting me know there was a technician in my area for later that same day. He called when he got to my house and got the problem fixed quickly!
The tech was knowledgeable and found the problem and fixed it.
Can't replace wires we must get another cell phone
Just pure lousy service and we have had them for over 50 years ! Has become the absolute worse service since this last change . Yes we are now looking at a new carrier!
