No clue about their service. But the people driving their trucks are dangerous. Almost been run over a few times now from them. Not sure of its the same guy or not. Either way lots of tailgating, weaving in and out of traffic, and almost running myself and others off the road getting on the interstate.

Windstream is by far the absolute worst internet provider. They have TERRIBLE customer support and are very rude. They move your tech appointments without asking you and are absolutely no help. They honestly don't even deserve 1 star. They need to do their jobs and get tech support where it is scheduled to go! Beyond ready for Ozark Go! I will be switching as soon as possible.
Windstream was great for me until Ozark’s electric started underground work to run their fiber optic cables in my subdivision. And cut through the windstream cable in the process .
