Would probably give a 0 if I could have. HOA here is awful and non accommodating. If you don't have children and like bland colors, or lack creativity- then this is your place
This HOA is horrendous. I spent nearly 5 years with a separate HOA that never contacted me. This is an expensive price to pay to be constantly harassed by vindictive Karen’s with nothing better to do. Buyers beware! Do not move here!
This HOA is absolutely worthless. They care about the most meaningless things and completely neglect the more important things. One would thing they would promote diversity. Unfortunately they only care about the bottom dollar and cookie cutter appearances. It is a complete waste of money. Here’s to never living in city limits again!
