Wonderful, welcoming, yoga studio. But it’s so much more. So many classes to choose from and amazing instructors. Check it out. You will love it.
I have been a member of Windsoul for many years and I could not love it more. I joined when it was just a yoga studio and loved the classes. All of the instructors are unique, skilled, and supportive. About six months ago I started to use the gym regularly for lifting and it’s great. It has the equipment I need and is a relaxed environment. My favorite part is all the staff who are so welcoming and quickly know your name.
Great facility. I love the drop in yoga classes for $20- you get full access to the sauna and gym equipment as well. They are so clean and welcoming. After class protein smoothie was amazing. Can’t wait to return.
Great machines and gym setup, just not a great environment of people. I was using the treadmill when I say a boy with his two friends walking out of the sauna, this boy had no shirt on. I didn’t care shirt or no shirt, then this bigger older guy starts calling this boy gay, and aggressively arguing with the kids. After the fact a worker came and talked with the kids BEFORE talking to the aggressor. This was my first time visiting probably won’t again if this is the kind of attitude people in this gym have.
