Simply a wonderful small privately owned store. I have gotten the best ferns. Here are the best perennials the best small plants for the porch. Friendly, great advice, reasonable prices. And it’s so nice not to shop in a big box store
Consistently the best florist in Rehoboth Beach, DE! My mom loves flowers, I order with Windsor every time. The last few times I chose “designers choice” and the arrangements have been absolutely gorgeous! My mother is always impressed with their designs and grateful for the craftsmanship of each arrangement. Thank you for always creating special pieces for my mom and making her feel as special as she is to me!!!

Great experience and has a great staff. Enjoyed talking to the employees which are very knowledgeable and even had a good conversation with Jim Windsor about the “skeleton flower”, found my new go to flower shop. I was a walk-in customer and got a “freestyle bouquet “ and it turned out amazing in a very short amount of time. Definitely recommend them
Chose the ‘designers choice’ option and it ended up being an exceptionally gorgeous arrangement. After realizing the reason for the flowers and recognizing the delivery address, the florist hand delivered these to my friend - which is beyond amazing customer service!
