Windsor residence are good hard working friendly people. Unfortunately we have the highest association fees in wide radious. Windsor has been undermanaged by corrupt board and staff over the years. Former presidents charging homeowners without even a vote thousands of dollars for exterior balcony work. In need of repairs again. Every building has brick sills and soon will all start to pop.
