I moved into my new home on 8/1/24 and from the moment I moved in, the window and door in my office would make a disturbing clicking noise when the sun would shine on them and continue throughout the day until the sun went down. Bought a large 2008 build home with many Windsor windows. Almost every single window is at some stage of rotting at the bottom frame. The cost for a replacement sash is way higher than replacing the entire window with a reputable brand. I would stay far away from any home with Windsor Windows - if you google "windsor windows class action" you'll find many others dealing with the nightmare of rotting and molding window frames. We have spent over $90,000. on Windows & Doors from this Co. A pile of Garbage!!!... Screens don't fit properly & casement Windows FLY OFF their tracks. NINETY THOUSAND Dollars!!! Their reply.. We're not going to make these right!! WOW!!! Go elsewhere people!! Who needs this nightmare in their lives!!
