My daughter sees Dr Mark who is fantastic, lovely to deal with and great with kids so I thought I would give this clinic a try for myself. I was booked to see Dr Madhu who is completely useless and only interested in her back pocket. I came for a Sat appt to get a script for anxiety tablets as I was struggling mentally, that appointment was fine, then she booked me the next Sat for a mental health plan, I told her I wanted to see a Psychologist who bulk bills she referred me to a place that does not bulk bill so that appoint... read more

Googled opening hours to report an issue with their response request per mobile phone. "Open till 7.30pm" Rang at 5 to 6pm, got a national auto service, eventually press 3 for SA, then "if you have an emergency ...." - hung up, just wanted to report the issue to a real person. WOFTAM.

I saw a Dr for the first time and I liked him so I was going to keep seeing him. But I experienced poor customer service right after. One of the reception staff didn’t seem very friendly. It was bit hard to hear clearly because of the screen between us so she had to repeat the same thing and looked annoyed which made me feel uncomfortable.
