The nurses and doctors are very pleasant, professional each and every time. Highly recommend this location. It's never too busy but do make sure to get there early.
I brought my 2 year old daughter in because her pediatricians office was closed. I was looking to get eye drops for an eye infection that she's had previously. Dr. Tomé came in the room to access my daughter and right away stated she had pink eye. I tried to explain that she has had these symptoms before, and that she was treated for a viral infection that wasn't pink eye and it cleared up. Worst clinic Ive had the displeasure of going to. The one older male doctor was so rude it was surprising. Everything I asked he had a very condescending response to, tried making me feel dumb for asking questions. With all that, wasn’t helpful at all and brushed me off. The reviews for this clinic speak for themselves, was just the only one nearby I could go to.
a couple years back i was profusely bleeding from a deep wound on my hand, i showed up 45 minutes before closing and they refused to take me despite nobody being there. place was empty. forced to drive 20 minutes across the city to another clinic for a two minute cauterization.
