The staff at Windsor Toyota are gorgeous, I accidentally turned up a day early for my car to be serviced, and they fit me in so friendly and accommodating. Capped Price Servicing - You don't get what is advertised. This is my second service at Windsor Toyota and it will be my last. Capped price servicing clearly articulates wheels will be balanced. This is not the case, in 2 services they have never been balanced. I was told that they take the car for a road test and if no feedback through the steering wheel, the wheels are balanced. It all comes down to the dollar, having a mechanic remove and balance 4 wheels takes time, and doesn't generate revenue. What else didn't you do? ... read more
