The guys here are great and will make sure you get taken care of. The only thing that is really cheap and unuseful of the Monroe corporation is that they outsource outside the United States to take the phone calls to make appointments. Makes absolutely no sense because the fact that they are not at the service station, they have no idea how the service station is doing in regards to appointments, like running late etc. Keep it in America Monroe and stop outsourcing, you make more issues with customers that leave lots of frus... read more

Called Monday. Booked an appointment for an oil change and inspection at 6 pm on Tuesday. I arrived and was told they are closing up shop. I showed them my appointment confirmation. Their reply was that I spoke to someone in Thailand who doesn’t know the business. I did not. I spoke to a female and then she put a male on the phone who said he was the inspector. I’ve had great service from Monro in the past but this is incredibly inexcusable service.
