Windsor Springs Spa takes deep tissue massage seriously. I had an incredibly intensive, full-body 90 min session that covered me from head to toe. My therapist, Pen, has an amazing technique for targeting all the tight tendons and joints that usually get ignored. Had a great experience here! The massage was very professional and relaxing. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean and comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and much less tense. Highly recommend!
Excellent massage technique and very skilled therapist. You can really tell they know what they’re doing — the pressure was spot on and the movements were precise and effective, not rushed at all. I felt a big difference in my muscle tension afterward. Clean, quiet environment and a very professional experience overall. Highly recommend.
