Had a coordinator named Sandra sit me down, yell and berate me to do certain Excercises I was really uncomfortable doing. I was highly and visibly distressed and she kept putting me down saying I wasn't putting the work in. Complete abuse of power from a female staff member against a volburable male. Wonderful staff, really good program, they helped me enormously, thank you.
Amazing team of people, I loved my stay so much. Very understanding and caring. They go above and beyond. If you know you need help this is the place to go. They will break everything down and help you understand what is going on and cater to all your worries and questions. Amazing team. Thank you to all the nurses, counsellors and my psychiatrist who have set me on a path to recovery.
