This was the worst experience I've ever had with Dr's Dr Goswami would never call me after I had tests done she also forgot what medical procedures I had done at the hospital had no records of it has put on several different medications when she could have just put me on 2 I felt I was always being rushed to be seen i felt her receptionist were very rude i had 2 take time off work just to get my medications as receptionist did not want to listen to there patients need because she had a problem with me as I did not appreciate... read more
I used this place to do a blood test 2 weeks ago, on a Sunday, the nurse was professional however she ruptured my vein when drawing blood from my arm. I felt a lot of pain and bruising for last two weeks. I’m not sure if this occurs often but it was partially unsettling experience for me. I will be reluctant to go there again!
Booked in appointments for myself and my partner on the phone noting flu symptoms after arriving from overseas the same day. It was a Sunday and not many places were open including my regular GP so just booked at the closest medical centre. then when we tested positive for Covid 30 mins before appointment I called to confirm if they were still happy for us to come in person or if they wanted to do Telehealth as we were both quite unwell and needed medical certificates for work. I go to Aparna Goswami. She’s really helpful and understanding.
I went to the clinic for a medical certificate and was booked in to see Dr Sandra Morell. Not only was she 30 mins late to the consult, she addressed me with the most unprofessional tone of voice once I explained my reasoning for my appointment; telling me it was not good enough. Quite disgusting. She is not my usual doctor who I see at this practice & will never be speaking to her again. I am very disappointed in her behaviour and her words towards me.
