It was a shame to see a patient being extremely rude to the receptionist today about the wait time- they are clearly trying their best. The wait times can occasionally blow out, but that is totally understandable given the overloaded healthcare system and the fact that the doctor doesn't rush patients out the door. Fantastic GPs (Dr Goswami and all other doctors) who actually take the time to listen to your concerns. It’s a bulk-billing clinic, which is amazing for keeping healthcare affordable. This was the worst experience I've ever had with Dr's Dr Goswami would never call me after I had tests done she also forgot what medical procedures I had done at the hospital had no records of it has put on several different medications when she could have just put me on 2 I felt I was always being rushed to be seen i felt her receptionist were very rude i had 2 take time off work just to get my medications as receptionist did not want to listen to there patients need because she had a problem with me as I did not appreciate... read more
I used this place to do a blood test 2 weeks ago, on a Sunday, the nurse was professional however she ruptured my vein when drawing blood from my arm. I felt a lot of pain and bruising for last two weeks. I’m not sure if this occurs often but it was partially unsettling experience for me. I will be reluctant to go there again!
Booked in appointments for myself and my partner on the phone noting flu symptoms after arriving from overseas the same day. It was a Sunday and not many places were open including my regular GP so just booked at the closest medical centre. then when we tested positive for Covid 30 mins before appointment I called to confirm if they were still happy for us to come in person or if they wanted to do Telehealth as we were both quite unwell and needed medical certificates for work.
