Absolutely the worst. Mocking a patient (i could hear the triage people from the waiting room mocking me) is a new low i never thought I would ever encounter
The Worst hospital I have ever been in my whole life. Staff are ok but it is almost impossible to see a doctor. I had to leave after waiting for 8 hours without being examined by a doctor while there were others who were waiting for more than 11 hours. Staying at home is a better option than this hospital. I would have rated ZERO if possible
It was worst My son waited 6 hours and nurse said she doesn’t know when the doctor will be available to look at him. I don’t think they know the meaning of emergency care.
I came to ER in awful pain. I've been sitting in a back room for 6 hours and not one person has checked on me and I've still not heard from a doctor. My pain is unbearable. I could have suffered at home. Instead I'm self medicating in the ER to attempt to manage the pain I'm experiencing. Ford has really destroyed our Healthcare system.
Long waiting time, I believe a big number of ER visitations aren't emergencies. People need to be educated that ER is FOR EMERGENCIES.
