Nurses will not listen to you. They do what they want especially when you have a new born baby that you want breast feed. Then they come into the room to tell you that they used formula?? REVOKE HER LICENSE.
My husband brought our 2 year old daughter here last night who was having significant trouble breathing due to viral infection and you can clearly see she was struggling. Only for the triage nurses to tell him to take a number and wait behind multiple adults. I think when a child comes in who is struggling to breathe they should be assessed immediately. He ended up leaving and going to the TMC clinic where they ended up calling an ambulance due to her oxygen levels. Pure negligence at MET hospital.
They Made Me Wait 5 Hours And She Took My Tempature And Said AM Not Sick ! Never Coming Back Ever Again!! I Waited From 8:30 pm To 2:30 Am , And didn't see a single doctor.
Security very weird. Run the hospital like a jail. Would recommend other hospital only problem no other hospital
Wait times are terrible. Every thing to do with HEALTH CARE IS A HASSLE. PERIOD. Wait for this, wait for that. Privatization of healthcare is needed in Windsor. It’s been 4 months waiting for MRI. I’m literally sitting here with a BROKEN BACK. So done with this BS.
