I understand that we are all collateral damage to the health care system, however if you are providing a service then do so. I had a chest xray on Jan 13 with possible repeated pneumonia and am 74 yrs old. This xray was taken first thing in the morning. As time is of the essence I am told that a report would not be available until 7 days later on the 20th through pocket health and at what cost to me is that? horrible place the people suck and the place sucks they don't care about pateince and force you to wait around while the nurse and doctors drink their coffee and play on their phones unless your a paying costumer they won't help you they'll make you wait hours just to rush you off right out the door when it your turn the place is crimal should be shut down the whole staff fired and replaced with a medical center that focus of the patience and not the costumer.
