This place is horrible to work at for Nurses. There are nurses that click off medication that is not even in the cart. This facility does not care about patient care at all. This facility needs to be reported to state and boards . CNA does not do they job they hide and be on there phones in the back of the halls. A lot of patients that sit in the urine and feces for hours. CNA force food down patients mouth instead of being patient and alternating in between. If you want to risk your license work here.
My sister has been a resident at this facility for approximately the past 3 years. And overall the entire staff at Windsor Quail Valley are very friendly and professional. However, I personally feel that there are some people who truly standout and go above and beyond their duties. And one of those individuals is the current Assistant Director of Nursing Daborah King. This facility is one of the cleaner and nicer facilities that I’ve seen. The administrator and DON are always available when you need them. There’s always activities going on for the residents. The staff are very lively and care for each resident. Also the therapists are so nice and attentive.
Recently my friend was looking for a place for her mom and she was thinking about Windsor and I had to let her know I don't think it's a safe place because I found one of there residents at Lowes and I took her back they didn't seem concerned at all nor did they know she was missing.I.went back a few days to speak with the Administrator and he wouldn't talk to me.Had my mind wondering did they even take her to get checked out who knows how long she been out there.I did speak with the ADON and she said the Administrator and D... read more
