This place is a mess. There's one way in and one way out. People speed through here and hit cars left and right. The speeding is so bad that people have to park in the grass off of the street because they won't put any speed bumps in the neighborhood. My car has been hit 3 times--once last year which was totaled and 2 times this year. The office has still done nothing but try to penalize people who park in the grass. My children and I really enjoyed living in our 4 bedroom 3 full bath house. The ladies in the office are great will answer any question you have. We never had a problem with maintenance, if something needs to be done it gets done. The only thing that upset me was the break-ins. Thats a easy fix! Move in put storm doors up, get renter insurance and you will not have a problem. I stayed in my house (2014-2018) I cant tell you how it is now.

They just moving people in. Not checking references. It's turning into the projects. They are not sticking to the rules.
