What a great experience, I needed a new thicker shelf for a shop rack and Rick who helped us made it super easy, appreciate all the help today! Excellent friendly service from all the staff while we waited for our shelf to be cut, we will be back for our home reno's!

The staff here seem to have an issue with female customers. They blatantly ignore me every time I am at the desk. Give me a conplete run around when I ask basic questions. I will go to home depot instead of being treated the way the staff at this location treat women.
